From The Office of the President

Brother Bryce A. Gaylor

On behalf of the Brothers of the Kappa Epsilon Lambda Chapter (ΚΕΛ), I welcome you to the website of the 528th House of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. Chartered on September 10, 1972, in Prince George’s County, Maryland, ΚΕΛ proudly serves as the alumni advising chapter to the Brothers of the Eta Zeta (ΗΖ) Chapter of the Fraternity, seated at Bowie State University (Bowie, MD).

As we enter Fraternal Year 2025-2026, it is with tremendous graciousness and humility that I address you in my 3rd and final term as ΚΕΛ’s 26th Chapter President, and I sincerely thank the Brothers of ΚΕΛ for their continued trust in me, and for granting me with such a tremendous honor and opportunity to serve our beloved Fraternity and Chapter in this capacity.

As you browse through our website, the Brothers of ΚΕΛ hope that you will see our chapter as a reflection of our Fraternity’s motto, “First of All, Servants of All, We Shall Transcend All,” and fully understand why ΚΕΛ is one of the great pillars of our beloved fraternity!

Fraternally,

Brother Bryce A. Gaylor, President
